Il Colle di Sotto - Services On your arrival, you will find a "Colle di Sotto Welcome Token"! Moreover a weekly cuisine surprise for our guests is included, so that you can taste typical Tuscan dishes home-cooked in "Colle di Sotto", according to the season. Linen and Towels (bathroom, bedroom and kitchen):
Weekly change is included. On request it is possible to change the linen more times during the week. Final Cleaning will be done weekly and is included in price of your accommodation. If you prefer to have your house cleaned also during mid-week, kindly inform us and it will be provided for an extra ˆ 12,00 per hour. Heating not included, it's by cubic meter reading. Electricity, Water & Gas are included. Mobile Phone Hire Can be rented on the property (deposit required). Safe: We ask that you don't leave valuables in the structure, as there is a free safe service available inside the home. The property is not responsible for valuables which are left unattended. Alarm System: In every room there is an intrusion alarm system and double glass windows. Internet connection is included. Garden: The carefully landscaped garden features exquisite plants, flowers and shrubs, where many secluded seats are available for our guests. The outside area is equipped with chairs and a table for your relaxation. Covered Parking Our clients can always leave the car inside the free parking area (2 cars). Colle di Sotto's Cakes: We can prepare for you a lot of typical cakes, on request.
