Is there a TV in the apartment? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes. Satellite TV is provided in the living room.

Is there a telephone with direct dialing in the apartment?
No, there isn't. Only mobile phone hire.

Is there air conditioning in the apartment? Is there any extra charge for this?
No, there isn't air conditioning. But there are ventilators on the ceiling in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room.

Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
The barn is independent, there is a dining area in the kitchen with a lovely view, where can comfortably to have dinner until six people. There is also a large luminous veranda.

Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from the apartment?
Yes. In the barn there is a FREE internet connection.

Is there a swimming pool?
Yes. There is a splendid swimming pool (10,5x7,5 mt.) with hydro massage.

Is parking available?
Yes. There is a covered parking for two cars.

Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car in Empoli.

Are there supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes. There is a big supermarket within 3 km from the apartment.

Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes.

How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the property?
Florence is at about 15 km, Siena is at 50 km, Pisa is at 45 km from the property.

The nearest town is Montelupo Fiorentino.

Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is in Florence or in Pisa.

Do you have a pick up or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes. It's extra and on request.
