Reservations, modification and cancellation request:

You can make availability requests, modification and cancellation reservations through online forms or by e-mail (info@colledisotto.it) and reservation requests by fax (+39 0571 993283).
We will do our best to reply within 24 hours from time of the request.

Once the reservation is confirmed and the down payment is received, a voucher will be issued.
This voucher must be printed and shown to “Il Colle di Sotto” when you arrive.
If the voucher will not be shown, “Il Colle di Sotto” reserves the right to vary prices & conditions applied in the voucher.

Once the reservation is confirmed, any modification or cancellation request must be made through online forms. Modification or Cancellation requests will only be considered valid if made using this method.

Note:
- Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners .
- At the Check-In you will need to show us the Voucher and a valid identity card with photo.
- Minimum stay: 7 nights in peak or medium season and 3 nights in low season.
- Pets allowed: well-behaved toy pets are allowed at Il Colle di Sotto and can stay with their owners. For your pets, accompanied on a leash, are allowed access to all public areas, including the garden (unfenced), with the exception of pool area.
Pets owners are urged to maintain and preserve the state of hygiene and decorum of the place.
Extra charge, to pay directly on site at check-in, Euro 25/day per pet.
- The swimming pool opening period is from half of May to the end of September (only during medium and peak season). If you wish to extend this period, it will be necessary to ask it at least 2 months in advance. If it's possible, there is an extra charge to pay, directly to the owner (Euro 200,00 a week).
- Any specific invoice request is to be made the day before departure.
