The Supper is Served!

We can organize and prepare for you, with help of our Chef, a delicious and genuine supper with typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine, only with local products, just cooked (if you want) in front of you!

It is possible chosen between several Menù, thought for you by Colle di Sotto or if you prefer, you can request a personalized supper. In this way the price will be communicate to you every time.

For this service two days advanced notice is required by posting the “Request Form” of “Colle di Sotto” in your private mail-box, that you can find it on a olive-tree in the garden near the barn.
The suppers will be organize for a minimum of 4 people.

Menu' "STAGION BONA"
- Tuscan Crostini and Bruschetta with Fresh Tomatoes
- Mediterranean Cold Pasta
(pasta, extra virgin olive oil, salt, fresh tomatoes, cheese, mozzarella, capers, basil) or Tomato Pappa (country-style bread, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, fresh tomatoes, basil)
- Sausages and Pork Steak Roast
- Mix Salad or Fresh Tomatoes Salad
- Ice-cream
- Coffee
- 2 bottles of local red wine

Menu' "CONTADINO"
- Tuscan Hors d’oeuvre: Mix Cured Pork Meats, Tuscan Pecorino (local cheese), Tomato Bruschetta or Fettunta (country-style bread, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt)
- Minestra di Pane (Bread and vegetables soup: fresh beans, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, cabbage, onion, garlic, Tuscan bread, extra virgin olive oil, salt, etc.)
- Ice-cream or Cream Caramel
- Coffee
- 2 bottles of local red wine

Menu' "FIORENTINA"
- Tuscan Crostini, Crostini al Lardo di Colonnata e Fettunta
(country-style bread, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt)
- Bistecca alla Fiorentina (typical T-bone Steak!)
- Mix Salad or Fresh Beans with Extra virgin olive oil
- Ice-cream or Florentine cake
- Coffee
- 2 bottles of local red wine
